I came from the world of heavy lifting and classic bodybuilding—big sets, split routines, and chasing aesthetics. For years, I believed I was doing everything right: training intensely, eating "clean," and living what most would call a disciplined fitness lifestyle.

But when I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune neuromuscular disorder, everything changed. Chronic inflammation, energy crashes, and autoimmune flare-ups pushed me to rethink everything. I shifted to hybrid training, focused on an anti-inflammatory diet & recovery, and built a new approach from the ground up.

The result? The PERS Diet (Protein–Earth–Rooted Sources) a real-food, anti-inflammatory framework that helped me (and my family) drop weight, build lean muscle, and regain control of my health.

Now, I’m sharing it with you.

What You’ll Learn Inside the Guide:

✔️ How to reduce chronic inflammation through food

✔️ A simple, science-backed approach to balancing blood sugar

✔️ Nutrient-dense meals that don’t require guesswork or deprivation

✔️ How to build meals that support brain function, hormonal balance, and energy
